NCI's Families & Children Intervention  Program

NCI's Families & Children Intervention is a community based psychosocial skills training program.  With self sufficiency and sustainability as the underlying goal, Families & Children Intervention focuses on practical early intervention and prevention to provide long term quality case management, one-on-one counseling and other related social services to families today. This is effectively done by involving the entire family, helping families turn their lives around.

The mission of Families & Children Intervention is to help families, youth, adolescents and adults become better managers of their lives by creating a lifestyle behavior change which will modulate responsible, self-supporting, self-sufficient caring citizens. Families & Children Intervention accomplishes its’ mission by providing innovative wrap around services which includes couseling, support, mentoring, case management, resource information and referrals.

These methods are strategically designed and purposely implemented to help families and individuals establish and maintain lives free from repeated dysfunctional, co-dependent and destructive behaviors.

Families & Children Intervention is a sector housed under of Northside Community Involvement Inc, a 501c-3 nonprofit organization.

Families & Children Intervention focuses on the challenges "at or high risk" children and families face; and the negative impact it has on the social, economical and spiritual development of the entire family especially the children involved.

Families & Children Intervention prides itself in "helping families" through structural preventives which provide practical applications for a healthy lifestyle behavioral change.
